Introduction

From early November onwards each year we let approximately 100 student properties to 600 students.

The properties accomodate different sized groups of students from 2 to 10 with the majority being 4 to 6 bedrooms. Although they are not all accredited propeties they all meet, and in most cases exceed the recommended standards.
