Viewing Arrangements for Student Property

If a property is still available it will be advertised on our website or iPhone App as being available to let.

If you have an iPhone then downloading our App is the best way to keep up to date because the properties are reserved very quickly.

We are very happy to arrange viewings for you. Just contact us and we will arrange to meet you at any of our available properties as required. However, it is generally considered OK for students to call directly at the property/properties that they are interested in renting. Providing they are in the current tenants will be happy to show you around their home, but please remember that if you do call directly to a property to make sure it is at a reasonable time! Ideally after 12:00pm but before 6:00pm would be acceptable. Please be aware that we are also very happy to arrange viewings for you as required.

If you are having any difficulty gaining access to any student property, viewing times can be arranged by contacting our offices.

We do hold open days at some of our larger purpose build blocks of accommodation. Details of these open days will be published on our website at the appropriate time. We may also have plans of any new student accommodation that we are letting "off plan" which can be viewed at our Leamington Spa office.
