Student Accommodation
From early November onwards each year we let approximately 100 student properties to 600 students. The properties accommodate different sized groups of students from 2 to 10 with the majority being 4 to 6 bedrooms. Although they are not all accredited properties they all meet, and in most cases exceed, the recommended standards.
